私たちは異なる意見を尊重しなければなりません。これはたやすいことでしょうか？　もちろんそうではないでしょう。でも、私は努力したいと思います。
（We all have to respect different opinions. Will it be easy for us to accept this? Of course not. But I will try very hard）

そして私は、アジアリジョンは「建設的な組織風土」に基づいた「建設的なアプローチ」を通じて、「建設的な発展」が必要であると強く信じています。
（And I strongly believe that TICA Asia needs “Constructive development” through ”Constructive approach” based on under “constructive organization culture”）

私はみなさんに、「建設的なマインド」や「建設的な精神」「建設的意見」「建設的な視点」を持つように呼びかけたいと思います。
（I call for our region members to have “Constructive mind”, “Constructive spirit”, “Constructive opinion” and “Constructive point of view”）

私はまた、みなさんに「建設的な役割」を担い、「建設的な提案」をするように呼びかけたいと思います。
（I also call for our region members to take “Constructive role” and to make “Constructive suggestions”）

当然のことながら、私たちはメンバーやクラブに何らかの圧力をかけることで意見や議論を封じてはなりません。
（As is obvious, we should not suppress opinions or spiking a discussion by putting some kind of pressure to members or clubs）

ですから、もしみなさんの中で反対意見を持たれる方がいるなら、「建設的な態度」で「建設的な反対意見」や「建設的な批判」を持ちましょう。
（Therefore, if you have opposite opinion, let’s have “Constructive dissent” or “Constructive criticism” with “Constructive attitude”）

対応しなければならない時は、私たちは常に「建設的な対応」を取らねばなりません。
（When we have to response, let’s always take “Constructive responses”）

「建設的な対話」「建設的な討論」「建設的な議論」の重要性を認識しようではありませんか。
（Shall we all recognize the importance of “Constructive communication”, “Constructive debate”, “Constructive discussion” and “Constructive negotiation”?）

次のアジアディレクターには、「建設的な妥協」を通じ、「建設的な緊張関係」を持って、「建設的な変革」をもたらしてもらいたいと期待しています。
（I expect the next Asia Director to bring about “Constructive change” with “Constructive tension” though “Constructive compromise”）

もちろん、全てが一日やそこらで変わることはありません。しかし、誰かがそれを始めなければならないのです。
（Of course not everything will change from one day to another, but there must be somebody who starts with it）
